Do you want to admire the most beautiful parts of Slovakia from the seat of your bike? Do not hesitate and join us on this adventure trip in Slovak mountains, valleys and national parks.
During this tour you will cross three Slovak national parks and one protected landscaped area - Tatra National Park, Low Tatra National park, Velka Fatra National Park and Stiavnicke Mts.
We will start in the High Tatras, continue under the Western Tatras mountains and we will cross the Low Tatras and Velka Fatra mountains. The tour ends in Protected Landscape Area of Stiavnicke Mountains, around medieval mining Banska Stiavnica UNESCO town.

The tour also available in reverse from Banska Stiavnica to High Tatras.

  1. Day 1 Arrival in Poprad, Slovakia.

  2. Day 2 Route: Strbske Pleso - Liptovsky Mikulas.

    Strbske pleso is the most famous and the most visited lake in the High Tatras.

    Museum of the Liptov village in Pribilina - the most attractive landmark of the region. The open-air museum displays the typical folk architecture of Liptov region. The impetus to establish the museum was the extensive flooding caused by the construction of Liptovska Mara water reservoir.

    Harmanec village is popular for Harmanec cave. The cave is known for occurrence of rare white soft sinter formations, tall pagodas and sinter lakes.

    Kremnica town, once one of the richest towns of the Kingdom of Hungary. Today it is the centre of tourism and recreation.
    The mint of Kremnica was founded in 1328 and a year later the first Old Hungarian groschen coins were struck here. The mint of Kremnica also produced the ducats that were highly praised for their quality and beauty and joined the most favourite coins in Europe.

    Banska Stiavnica is former mining town and lies amid the forests of the Stiavnicke mountains. Banska Stiavnica is one of the most beautiful anf historically one of the most interesting towns in Slovakia. The town is inscribed on the List of the World Cultural Heritage of UNESCO.
    Banska Stavnica progressively became the biggest mining centre in the Habsburg Monarchy in the 18th century. In 1735, the oldest mining school in the Kingdom of Hungary was founded here, few years later it became the first university of its kind in the world. Banska Stiavnica monument town reserve comprises as many as 360 structures. Together they present a unique set of high cultural and historical value, which is set into the wonderful environment of the Stiavnicke mountains.

    The special elements of the landscape are artificial lakes called tajchy. They were founded for mining purposes. There are 23 of such lakes, now used for recreation.
