Join us on this 6-day hut to hut trek in the heart of the High Tatra Mountains.
It is a technically non-demanding but diverse trek for all people who like to spend nights in mountain huts.
Starting from Tatranska Kotlina settlement, we will head to the lovely Tatra forests. The trek will take us across the huts, valleys, and lakes towards the highest peaks of the High Tatra Mountains.
We will sleep in mountain huts and always have the option to make an extra sunset hike to one of the nearby peaks.
Expect to walk 5-7 hours and overcome 700 altitude meters daily. The tour is adaptable to your preferences and abilities, but a reasonable fitness level is required to enjoy the hike.

*You can leave unnecessary luggage in the guest house in Poprad. You will spend your last night there as well.
Tatranska Kotlina - Zelene Lake (4 - 5 hrs)
From Tatranska Kotlina bus stop via Plesnivec hut you walk to Biele Lake to Zelene pleso hut.
Thanks to the hut at the Zelene pleso (Green Lake), impressive panorama, and valleys in the surroundings, the valley is among the most interesting in the High Tatras.
You will be amazed by the 900 m high northern face of Maly Kezmarsky peak, Jastrabia Veza (Hawk Tower), and other mountain tops in the valley.

Zelene pleso - Zamkovsky hut (4 hrs)
From Zelene Pleso hut you will climb up the top of Velka Svistovka. From there, easy walk to Skalnate pleso and then to Zamkovsky hut.

Zamkovsky hut - Popradske pleso (8 hrs)
You will visit three valleys in one day. Velicka Valley stretches under the eastern slopes of the Gerlach peak, the highest peak in Slovakia.
Batizovska valley lies in the central part of the High Tatras. During this day, you will enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding peaks. Popradske pleso hut is easily accessible from Batizovska Valley through Ostrva switchbacks.
Route: Zamkovsky hut - Velicka Valley - Batizovska Valley - Ostrva - Popradske pleso
Note: Majlathova hut at Popradske pleso has limited accommodation capacity. In case the hut is fully occupied, we provide accommodation in Strbske Pleso, requiring additional 45 minutes of easy descent.

Popradske pleso - Strbske Pleso resort (7 hrs)
Strbske pleso is the most popular and most visited mountain lake in the High Tatras. Enjoy walking to Skok waterfall before you hike through Bystre saddle (2,300 m EASL) to Furkotska valley and back to Strbske Pleso village.
Route: Popradske pleso - Strbske pleso - Skok waterfall - Bystre saddle - Strbske Pleso village
Optional route: Solisko hut (1 hour, easy)
