Day 1

Banska Stiavnica visit.

Banska Stiavnica is a former mining town and lies amid the forests of the Stiavnicke mountains. Banska Stiavnica is one of the most beautiful and historically one of the most beautiful towns in Slovakia. The town is on the list of the World Cultural Heritage of UNESCO.
Banska Stavnica progressively became the dominant mining center in the Habsburg Monarchy in the 18th century. Banska Stiavnica monument town reserve comprises as many as 360 structures. Together they present a unique set of high cultural and historical value, placed into the pleasant environment of the Stiavnicke mountains.

Calvary in Banska Stiavnica is the most imposing Baroque calvary in Slovakia and probably even in Europe. This calvary is a complex of 3 churches and 22 chapels with precious painting decorations and wooden painted reliefs.

Day 2

Low Tatras National Park.

- Breakfast
- Transfer to the Low Tatras
- Hiking in the area* or cable car to Chopok peak
- Afternoon transfer to the High Tatras; accommodation in a 3* hotel

Low Tatras National Park lies in Central Slovakia, covering the whole Low Tatras mountain range between the Vah River and the Hron River valleys. It is the largest national park in Slovakia.
The park has several tourist resorts with excellent possibilities of sports activities like downhill skiing, cross country skiing, or very popular ski alpinism in winter and hiking in the summer. Some of the resorts include Jasna, Tale, Demanovska dolina, and Certovica. The following caves are open to the public: Demanovska Cave of Freedom, Demanovska Ice Cave, Bystra Cave, Vazecka Cave, and the Cave of Dead Bats.

Day 3

High Tatras - Tatra National Park.

Tatra National Park is the most beautiful one in Slovakia. The High Tatras became the country's first national park in 1948. The highest summit of the High Tatras, and the whole Carpathians, is Gerlach peak (2,655 m).

Slovensky raj - Slovak Paradise National Park.

Slovak Paradise National Park is an area with high plateaus, with the highest mountain at 1,270 m EASL. The environment is mainly of karst limestone and dolomite.
Typical formations are canyons and ravines, creating picturesque rocky scenes with waterfalls.
