Kremenec Tripoint Hiking Tour
Besides UNESCO wooden churches, the easternmost parts of Slovakia offer unique hiking routes in the pristine nature of primal forests of the Bukovske mountains.
Hiking to Kremenec tripoint should be one of the must-see goals for hikers spending their holiday in eastern Slovakia.
Tourists can reach Kremenec tripoint from three most popular tourist routes:
From Slovakia: Nova Sedlica - Kremenec - Ciertaz - Polana - Nova Sedlica (20.6 km, 7 hrs), red and green marked trail
From Ukraine: Stuzycja, stare duby - Kremenec - Stuzycja, stare duby (22 km, 6 hrs), blue marked trail
From Poland: Ustrzyki Gorne - Wielka Rawka - Kremenec - Ustrzyki Gorne (15.6 km, 5 hrs), blue marked trail
Hiking tour from Slovakia is probably the most challenging one with a steep ascend to the tripoint.
Route from Ukraine is the only option from this country.
From Poland side is also possible to take the route from Wetlina. However, it's not as popular as the given option above. The route from Popand is also the easiest one.
