I am sending this to let you know that both Debbie and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Lucia.
She is a super good guide, who was flexible with the plans and times we started each day, was very considerate of two older ladies, and most of all a fantastic driver! Anything we requested, she accommodated, and always with a smile. We would recommend your company and Lucia to anyone considering a trip to Slovakia.
Thanks for all your help, too, in arranging the trip in your splendid country.

I want to tell you we enjoyed our tour very much.
Robert was a wonderful guide. He was friendly, helpful and patient with us. He was extra helpful in connecting my husband, Ray with his granparents' birth villages.
He was a good driver. He made sure we enjoyed the best of Slovakia.
Slovakia is a beautiful country. We are very happy to see some of it.
We would highly recommend Robert.

3-day Slovak Folk Traditions private guided tour
Thanks for organising our tour through part of Slovakia with Lucia. We are currently in Krakow enjoying polish culture, and we really enjoyed discovering some of Slovakia.
Lucia was easy-going and well organised, and she found nice places for lunch on the way. She was also flexible and included a visit to Strecno Castle because our teenage boys expressed an interest and wanted to climb some stairs.
Lucia had an in-depth knowledge about Slovakian history so we learned lots about local historical events, architecture and traditional life. We also walked around the outside of the Museum of the Slovak uprising.
The places we stayed at were lovely, especially at Banska Bystrica, which was very homely. The hotel in Zilina was very fancy, probably a bit too luxurious but the beds were amazing!
Favourites as voted by us: Walking tour of Banska Bystrica, Slovak villages with traditional life displays and Streçno Castle.
Thanks for everything,

Discover three national parks in one week self-guided tour
We have received a feedback from the clients - thanks to your perfect organisation they had a wonderful hike .
Clients had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed it. Their only specific suggestion is to offer a cab to the hikes for Velky Krivan as the bus connections are very long and if you miss the timing it is very hard to get back to the hotel. Also, the Flix bus ended up being more reliable than the train in Slovakia, so you might encourage using that option. The lodging was all terrific and the hikes were great.
Kind regards,
George and family, from the USA

6-day Highlights of Slovakia private guided tour
Here's our feedback:
A. On Tour Guide - Barbora was excellent. We had a great time with her. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, flexible and covered all the highlights. She went out of her way to customize some parts of the tour to our interest. She is a good driver and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone interested in touring Slovakia.
B. On hotels:
1. ERB Boutique Hotel was outstanding but unfortunately we had only one night there. The breakfast service was excellent: good variety and of a very high standard and quality.
2. Kukucka Hotel in High Tatras - I wouldn't rate it as a four star hotel. I understand that star rating probably varies by region but the rooms were mediocre and the on-site restaurant was disappointing. A whole page of the menu featuring duck (including pierogies with duck filling in another part of the menu) were not at all available for ordering. There were only 3 red wine offered in the drinks menu but only one was available. Breakfast wasn't great either. It had sufficient variety but lacking in quality. Breads were "flat" - not crusty and grainy. Toasting it would have helped but there were no toaster which to me is a pretty basic piece of equipment at most breakfast buffets.
3. Hilton Double Tree - this hotel is fine and the breakfast service was excellent. Not as good as ERB's but definitely second in running.
C. Thanks for recommending Park Inn Danube. The hotel was great and breakfast service was good.
D. We also had a wonderful tour with Andrea Turcsanyi in Budapest. She is a wonderful guide and went out of her way to be helpful to us. Thanks for the recommendation.
Thanks.
